It is powered by a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor with 8GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB storage. The battery capacity is reduced to 3,800mAh but keeps the same 30W wired and 5W wireless charging. For cameras, the Razr 40 Ultra has a 12MP main lens, 13MP ultrawide sensor, and 32MP front camera. Both devices run on Android 13.
